I'm very much a novice at computers and I've only had the imac for a couple of months so I've got a long way to go and appreciate any assistance. Do you think maybe that the LG GP10 automatically ensures video encoding when burning video files? I wish that a start up menu or something would appear when the device is connected as its supposed to do when connected to a pc, (according to the phamphlet anyway.)
