As one would expect from a Japanese series dating back to 1987 there's a lot of mobile games in the series. And very few even have videos online, let alone a dump. Worse, from what I understand, the main service that had them went offline this year. So even people who own them in Japan can't download them anymore. Really tragic given that from the descriptions there were some pretty innovative ideas on display there. The biggest reason is because signing a version of iOS for active use requires access to Apples servers. Has it been done before without?

But those methods have almost always used leaks in the server infrastructure to accomplish the task. Nobody has ever manually signed an iOS install themselves. The closest you can do is get the shsh blobs for your device, on the iOS version you're on, then flash forward to the newer iOS, and if you have problems or your jailbreak doesn't work, you can flash back using your own shsh blobs. HOWEVER, that information is encoded to YOUR device, and YOUR device alone.

So unless someone has every shsh blob for every version of iOS and someone were to make a virtual clone of that specific phone to accept those blobs, it is a highly challenging thing to even begin developing. Of course Apple has their own emulator, most likely used for app development, so most probably don't even see the point in trying.
