Hello, I am working with a client that is using Outlook 2011 on Office 365. Whenever my client gets or sends a.jpg file as an attachment the attachment is greyed out. She is able to download the file in OWA and if she sends me the file from her Mac to my Windows computer I get the attachment.
Trust software for machine design. However, if it is to my Mac, it is greyed out. Anyone seen anything like this before? I have tried to clear the cache and checked with others having the same issue if a.png file will work, it does work it is in the email.
