Call it a bug if you wish, but IMHO it's just that the dialog is constructed bassackwards:-) In order to change the Style of the Line you need to hit the Outline button (or reapply the border) after selecting the new Style. IOW, if you only select a different Line Style, clicking OK is the same as clicking Cancel. The same is true of Color or any other modifications.
